The Founders

Sorin Faur

Sorin, an influential blogger and HR/Management expert boasts 20+ years of leading HR projects across 14 countries for a major multinational. Holding a Psychology degree and dual Masters, he authored ‘The Art of Memory’ (2003), a pioneering Romanian work on memory training. A graduate of WU’s Executive MBA and MIT’s Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, he’s a certified CMC. Sorin’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2002, culminating in the founding of Academia de HR™, Mentalio™, and WordsFluencer™.

Dan Mocanu

Dan is a multifaceted explorer in business, software engineering, music, and physics. As a performance coach and a student of Bach’s perfection, he has founded innovation ventures like Blue Zygote™, Leap Forward, and TimePal®. With over 200 successful engagements in Romania, he’s helped clients gain over $50 million in additional revenue, achieving a 10 to 1 ROI.
